About the author
Monica Kerr was a stay-at-home mom for almost eighteen years before going to work in the interior design field. She has been active with various children’s ministries and groups throughout most of her adult life.
Her heart has always been to help children connect to God on a personal level. She enjoys all creative pursuits, and time in her garden.
She and her husband Dave reside in Valparaiso, Indiana. They are blessed with three children and nine grandchildren.
About the illustrator
Elizabeth Lachmann started her art career when she was six years old, writing her own children’s stories and illustrating them.
From the age of nine until college, her older sister, Rosie, a professional artist, taught her art. At the age of 16, Elizabeth attended Olivet Nazarene University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Art.
She has done a wide variety of commissioned artwork. Elizabeth currently resides in Fayetteville, Georgia, with her wonderful husband and best friend, Joshua.
